There are 10 essential oils in the Sleep Formula. Roman Chamomile, Neroli, Jasmine, Rose and Sandalwood. All of these oils help to relax and calm. The scent of Roman Chamomile has a calming sedating effect. Jasmine and Rose are all have relaxing and sedative calming properties. Lavender (Lavendula agustafolia) (also in this blend) has a a large amount of the chemical component linalol which is anti anxiety, antispasmodic, hypotensive and relaxing. This blend, because it is antispasmodic, is also good for cramps.

Directions: Rub on wrists, behind ears, bottoms of feet and be sure to inhale the fragrance a few times 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime. This will allow the oils to get into your bloodstream to take effect.
